Trust Evidence

Production Partner, Quality Control and Project Evidence

ScentOEM is operated by Shenzhen Dingyuefeng Trading Co., Ltd. and coordinates perfume projects with production partners. This page shows the facility evidence currently supplied for that relationship, then explains how buyers can verify certificates, quality records and project-specific claims before ordering.

A Partner Facility, Not an Ownership Claim

This image supports the existence of a production-partner relationship. It does not by itself prove factory ownership, production capacity, certification scope or suitability for a specific formula.

What Counts as Evidence

Buyers are often shown material that looks like proof but establishes something narrower than it appears. The distinction below is what makes an evidence request useful.

Evidence TypeWhat It Can EstablishWhat It Does Not EstablishHow to Check It
Production relationship record That a stated production arrangement currently exists Ownership, capacity, or quality outcomes Confirm the named entities and the current date
Certificate file That a defined scope was assessed by an issuing body That your product or formula falls inside that scope Match entity, scope and expiry against your project
Product and sample photos Appearance, finish and packaging of a specific item That the same result is reproducible at volume Ask what project and date the photo relates to
Document availability list Which files can be provided for a given formula and market Regulatory approval or market eligibility Check it is stated per formula and per destination
Buyer reference A permissioned account of a past project Comparable results for a different scope Confirm permission, role, market and review date

Reference handling and permission rules are covered on buyer proof and permission policy.

Reading a Certificate

A certificate is only as useful as its scope. Five checks separate a meaningful document from a reassuring image.

Named entityWhich legal entity is certified. A certificate held by a different company in the supply chain does not transfer to your supplier.
ScopeWhat was actually assessed: which site, which product categories, which processes. Scope is where most mismatches occur.
Issuing bodyWho issued it, and whether that body is recognised for the claim being made.
DatesIssue date and expiry. An expired or superseded certificate is not current evidence.
VerifiabilityWhether the certificate number can be checked with the issuing body rather than accepted as a file.

Which documents apply to a given formula and destination market is covered on quality and documentation.

Evidence by Project Stage

Not everything is reasonable to request on day one, and not everything should wait until production. This is a workable sequence.

InquiryBusiness scope, product categories, which document types can be checked for your formula and market, and the basis for any claim already made.
SamplingSample photos and records for your own project, component and packaging details, and the revision scope agreed before sampling.
Pre-productionCertificate scope relevant to your product, artwork and packaging approval records, and confirmation of document availability for the destination market.
Pre-shipmentAppearance, filling, label and retail box review records, plus carton and shipment preparation checks.

The quality review points behind these stages are listed on quality and documentation, and the sampling sequence on sample process.

Red Flags in Supplier Evidence

None of these prove bad faith on their own, but each is a reason to ask one more question before committing.

A certificate whose named entity differs from the company you are contracting with A certificate image without a readable scope, issuing body or expiry date A fixed MOQ, price or lead time offered before your formula and packaging are known Compliance described as guaranteed rather than confirmed per formula and market Customer names or logos shown without stated permission Facility photos that cannot be tied to a project, date or location

Applying these checks to this website is expected. If any statement here is not supported by evidence you can inspect, ask for the evidence before relying on it.

Claim Policy on This Website

The same standard is applied to this site's own copy. Public statements are separated into three tiers.

Stated publiclyService scope, product categories, project workflow, quote inputs, and the review logic used before quoting.
Confirmed per projectMOQ, production timing, sample timing, documentation availability, formula ownership and shipping feasibility, once formula, bottle, packaging, quantity and destination market are reviewed.
Not published without current evidenceFactory ownership, ISO, GMP, IFRA and FDA claims, cruelty-free, vegan, organic and hypoallergenic status, shelf life, stability, capacity, lead time, and named customer references.

ScentOEM does not publish unsupported ISO, GMP, IFRA, FDA, cruelty-free, vegan, shelf-life, capacity or lead-time claims. These require current evidence and project-specific scope. Certificates and reports are shown only when current evidence is available for the exact scope in question.

Evidence FAQ

Does ScentOEM claim to own a factory?

No. ScentOEM is operated by Shenzhen Dingyuefeng Trading Co., Ltd., a trading company and project coordinator working with production partners. The facility image above is presented as partner evidence, not as proof that ScentOEM owns the building or production line.

What do the images on this page represent?

The first image is a production partner facility photo supplied by the site owner. The remaining images are ScentOEM product and packaging concepts. None of the images alone establishes ownership, certificate scope, capacity or suitability for a specific project.

How can a buyer check that a certificate is valid?

Check five things: the exact legal entity named on the certificate, the scope of what is actually covered, the issuing body, the issue and expiry dates, and whether the certificate can be verified with the issuing body directly. A certificate covering a different entity or a different scope does not apply to your product.

Why does this website not publish ISO or GMP claims?

Because certification claims are only meaningful with a named entity, a defined scope and a current validity date. Publishing them as general marketing statements would misrepresent what has been verified. Certificates are shown when current evidence is available for the exact scope in question.

Can evidence be shared before an NDA is signed?

Non-confidential evidence such as certificate scope, document availability and authorized product photos can generally be discussed at the inquiry stage. Confidential formulas, other buyers' artwork and named customer information are not shared, and your own confidential material should use a secure upload or NDA path.

Can photos and records from my own project be shared with me?

Records relating to your own project, such as sample photos, packaging review images and applicable document scope, can be requested as part of project review. Material belonging to other buyers is not shared, which is the same protection applied to your project.
