When you submit an inquiry, we may receive your name, company, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, website, destination market, product interests, estimated quantity, packaging requirements and project message. Basic technical information such as the source page, referrer and campaign parameters may also be included.
Do not send confidential formulas, proprietary artwork, identity documents or sensitive personal information through the public form. A secure file-sharing or NDA path can be arranged after the initial review.
Why We Use It
We use inquiry information to review project fit, prepare follow-up questions, discuss samples or quotations, coordinate with relevant production and service partners, prevent form abuse and keep a practical record of the business conversation.
Service Providers and Partners
The website may use Cloudflare Pages Functions to receive submissions and, where configured, email, CRM or storage providers to deliver and retain inquiry records. Information is shared with production or service partners only when it is reasonably needed to review or carry out your project.
We do not publish your company name, product brief, artwork or testimonial without permission.
Retention and Security
Inquiry records are kept only for as long as reasonably needed for project review, follow-up, business records, dispute prevention and system security. No internet transmission is risk-free, so confidential files should use the secure path agreed with the project team.
Your Choices
You may ask to correct or delete inquiry information that is no longer needed, or ask the team to stop non-essential follow-up. Some records may need to be retained where reasonably required for security, legal or business-record purposes.
